If you have received an email from us about a missed subscription payment, this is most likely because you did not have sufficient funds in your Business Account to cover the payment.
How do I 'Settle Up' my overdue payments?
If you have any overdue payments, these will show up under the 'Today's tasks' section as highlighted below.
Once your account has been funded, you can then use our ‘Settle Up’ feature to pay all missed subscriptions in one click. This option can be found on your Company Dashboard or Company Account page:
To prevent this from happening in future, there are two ways you can pay your monthly subscription. By a monthly card payment or by standing order from your business.
