Returned International Funds

My funds have been returned

Your funds might get returned to you for one of two reasons:

  1. Your funds might have been transferred from a jurisdiction or in a currency that your Business Account cannot accept (please see the currency list here for details) OR
  2. You may have used the wrong combination of UK account and SWIFT details for your transfer.


To make an international transfer, you will only need to use the IBAN and BIC. You will also require the details of Currency Cloud, our IBAN provider, to complete the transfer.
