Updating your Personal address
To update your personal address, you need to provide us with:
- Updated proof of address document
- The date on which you moved into your new address
Documents we accept for proof of address
Documents that we are able to accept as proof of address can be any of the following:
- Bank Statement
- Utility Bill
- Government Letter
- Home/Car Insurance Document
- Tenancy Agreement
Your Proof of Address should clearly state your name and address, and be dated within the last 3 months.
Updating your contact details
In order to update your contact details, you will need to speak to a member of our team for security reasons. To do this, you can email us at gethelp@getground.co.uk or call us at +44 (0)20 45863176. You can also schedule a time for us to call you.
If your phone number is linked to your Two-step verification, we will need to reset this for you.
