I’m seeing information about investments that are not related to my property or company

We released an update to our application which has caused some mock data to be displayed on some customer dashboards. 


Our engineers have resolved this issue, but if you are still seeing incorrect data on your dashboard you may need to either switch networks (e.g. from WIFI to mobile data, or change WIFI networks) or clear the cache on your browser and perform a ‘hard refresh’:


Chrome and Windows:


Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.

Or Hold down Ctrl and press F5.


Chrome and Mac:


Hold down Shift and click the Reload button.

Or Hold down Command, Shift and click the ‘R’ key.


Firefox and Windows:


Hold down Ctrl, Shift and the ‘R’ key.

Or Hold down Ctrl and press F5.


Firefox and Mac:


Hold down Command, Shift and the ‘R’ key.

Or Hold down Shift and press the reload button.


Safari:


Hold down the option and command key then press the ‘E’ key.
