I want my existing private company to lend purchase funds to my GetGround company. Can I change the Owner’s Loan document to reflect this?

We are able to draft an Intercompany Loan to reflect this. Before doing this, all of your company documents must be signed (including our standard Owner's Loan) so that your company set up is complete. We may also require some additional information from you about the company providing the funds. 

As this service is outside of our standard service, we do charge an additional fee to draft an Intercompany Loan document. Depending on your requirements, our fee starts at £150.
