      Requesting an extension

      We appreciate that sometimes an extension may be required given the circumstances

      Requesting an extension

      If your accounts need to be filed within the next month but you won't be able to meet the deadline, you can apply for an extension from Companies House in certain circumstances. Just be sure to check your annual accounting due date before requesting an extension.

      Please note the extension is not guaranteed and is at Companies House's discretion.
