Direct Debits

Your business account can set up direct debits. To set this up, you will need to reach out to the company you would like to set up the payments to and fill out a direct debit mandate form (This can usually be done via phone/online/form).

 

This will give a company permission to regularly take money from your Business Account on an agreed date. Typically, this feature is used to make your mortgage payments or for your property’s utility bills.

 

Viewing your Direct Debits

  1. Select 'My investments' from the menu
  2. Choose the relevant Company by clicking 'Go to investment' 
  3. Under the 'Transactions' drop-down menu, choose 'Direct Debits'

You will be able to view the amount of payments you have made, the amount of the direct debit and merchant information

 

Cancelling a Direct Debit

You can cancel a direct debit from within the business account but we do advise you to check this with the merchant before doing so to make sure that you do not fall behind on any important property-related payments. 

You will not be able to view any direct debit information until your first payment has been made.
