Direct Debits

You can easily manage your company's direct debits right from your dashboard

What is a Direct Debit?

A direct debit is a simple, hassle-free way to pay your bills automatically. With your permission, companies can take payments directly from your bank account on set dates, so you never miss a payment and don't have to worry about remembering due dates. It's secure, convenient, and helps you stay on top of your finances effortlessly.

Setting up a Direct Debit

provide your bank details to the company you want to pay online or by filling out a form. Once set up, payments will be automatically deducted from your account on the agreed dates. This will allow a company to regularly take money from your Business Account on an agreed date. Typically, this feature is used to make your mortgage payments or for your property’s utility bills.

Viewing your Direct Debits

  1. Head over to the ‘Portfolio’ page and click ‘View’ on the relevant business account
  2. Select ‘Regular payments’ and choose ‘Direct debits’ from the menu

You will be able to view the amount of payments you have made, the amount of the direct debit and merchant information

Cancelling a Direct Debit

You can cancel a direct debit from within the business account but we do advise you to check this with the merchant before doing so to make sure that you do not fall behind on any important property-related payments. You will not be able to view any direct debit information until your first payment has been made.
