Submitting accounting documents

The first stage of the accounts process involves making sure that you've submitted any company-related documentation and expenses so that they can be reviewed by our accounting team.

We provide one free amendment to your drafted accounts. However, any further changes will incur a fee of £249 + VAT. Please see our services handbook for further information.

Please see the webinar below for an in-depth walkthrough of how the process works.

What happens after I submit my accounting documents and expenses?

Once all information has been received our accountants will prepare a draft set of accounts. These will be sent over to you for review and approval. If any amendments are necessary, they will be made at this stage.

Once you are happy to approve the accounts we will send them for digital signature by the directors and shareholders via the dashboard and then proceed with filing the accounts with Companies House and HMRC.
