Can GetGround Sign Documents on my behalf?

Third parties may need you to sign documents on behalf of your limited company

GetGround does not sign documents on behalf of limited companies

GetGround does not sign any documents relating to property purchases. Typically any documents that need to be signed by a company by way of deed can be done by

(a) two directors

(b) one director and a company secretary

(c) one director in the presence of a witness

(d) affixing the company’s seal.

We are not able to advise on suitability of each signing method and recommend that you speak to your solicitor directly to ensure that the documents are correctly signed on behalf of the company.
