Adding a property to your existing company
You can easily add properties to your company directly from the dashboard by following the steps below:
- Select "Add to portfolio" and choose "Add property"
- Choose "Add to an existing limited company"
- Select your desired company
- Confirm how many properties you will be adding to your company
Property details
To start entering your property details, press "Start". Press "Next" once you are happy you have entered the property details accurately. Press "Confirm and submit" to confirm.
Update your subscription
As part of our offering, for 2+ properties, we offer our complete services for the competitive price of £45 + VAT.
You can update your payment method directly from this step and we will handle the rest.
Signing your legal documents
As we are adding a new property to your company, there are some legal documents you will be required to sign. Not to worry, you will have seen these documents before when initially setting up your company.
All shareholders will need to log in to their dashboards and sign these documents. You will find these under the Tasks section
Viewing your multiple properties
You should now be able to view your properties under one company by following the steps below:
- Head over to the "Portfolio" page
- Select the "Properties" option
- You should now be able to view your additional properties here
