Who provides my Financial account?
Your financial account is provided by Modulr. Modulr is a UK-based financial technology company that provides embedded payment services to businesses in the UK and Europe. Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an Electronic Money Institution (FRN: 900573), Modulr offers business payment accounts and tools designed to automate and simplify financial transactions.
Who opens my Financial account?
As part of your GetGround service, each company you set up with us will have an associated Financial account to help you manage your finances. This account will be opened up with one of our partners (either Modulr or PFS) and can be accessed through your dashboard.
Once you have signed your company documents, GetGround will automatically take the steps necessary to open your account. This process will usually take 2-3 business days to be set up and ready to use.

Who has access to my Financial account?
Your company, which is owned by you and other shareholders, has full control over your Financial account. GetGround will not complete any transactions on your behalf.
That being said, GetGround does have regulatory obligations to monitor account activity for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and security purposes. We may sometimes request information from you about activity in your account.
