How Do I Fund My Account?
You have the option to fund your business account through UK or international payments.
Finding your account details
You can locate your business account details by following the steps below:
- Login to your GetGround dashboard
- Click on the 'My Financial Account' section
- You can choose the relevant account you would like to view
- Click on the 'View account details' tab
- You should now be able to view your UK and international account details
Funding your account by UK bank transfer
You can make a payment to your account via UK bank transfer, you will need to simply use your UK Financial account details when making a payment from your UK account.
- Select 'Deposit' on the 'My Financial Account' section
- You can choose the relevant account you would like to fund
- Select 'From a UK account'
- You should now be able to view your UK account
How long it will take for the funds to arrive in your account
The time that it will take to receive funds in your Business Account will depend on the type of payment that you make into your account.
Payments made via the UK’s Faster Payment Network (FPS) will usually show up in your account almost instantly. However, there are some instances where it might take up to two hours.
Funding your account by International bank transfer
To make sure you're able to transfer from an international account, you will need to make sure you open an international account first.
- Select 'Deposit' on the 'My Financial Account' section
- You can choose the relevant account you would like to fund
- Select 'From an international account'
- You should now be able to view your international account details
💡Tip: Have multiple wallets? You can quickly add money to a business account from the Home page by clicking 'Deposit'
How long it will take for the funds to arrive in your account?
The time it takes to receive funds in your Business Account will vary depending on where the funds are being sent from.
When using the SWIFT payment network for international payments, funds should be available in your Business Account within one to five business days.
Compliance checks at intermediary banks may cause delays.
