Finding your account details

You can locate your business account details by following the steps below:

1. Login to your GetGround dashboard
2. Select 'My Investments' on the menu
3. Head over to the 'Business Account' section
4. Select 'View account details'
5. You should now be able to view your UK and international account details

Funding your account by UK bank transfer

You can make a payment to your by UK bank transfer, you will need to simply use your UK account details when making a payment from your UK account. 

Payments made via the UK’s Faster Payment Network (FPS) will usually show up in your account almost instantly. However, there are some instances where it might take up to two hours.

To deposit GBP from overseas, click ‘Deposit GBP from overseas’. This will show you the account details that you need to deposit from an overseas account. Again, simply follow the normal process of making a payment with your other account provider and use the account details shown on the page.

To deposit another currency from overseas, click ‘Deposit and exchange 31 different currencies’. This will show you the account details that you need to make a deposit from overseas. Once again, simply follow the normal process of making a payment with your other account provider and use the account details shown on the page. Once the funds land in your account, you’ll be able to convert them to GBP.

If you make a payment via the SWIFT payment network (these will be most international payments into your account), the funds should be available in your Business Account within one to five business days. Please make sure that you leave enough time to make any transfers that you need. It’s also worth noting that funds can be held up during the transfer process due to compliance checks at intermediary banks, so you should factor in this potential delay as well.
